win4lyf Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and win4lyf ("win4lyf," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the win4lyf website located at win4lyf.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through win4lyf, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the win4lyf Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use win4lyf, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of win4lyf, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by win4lyf or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the win4lyf Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your win4lyf account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs), strictly confidential.
• Notify win4lyf immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

win4lyf reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by win4lyf may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

win4lyf accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits are credited to your win4lyf account balance upon confirmation of receipt. win4lyf does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• win4lyf reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

win4lyf may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• win4lyf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following conduct while using the win4lyf Platform:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Register more than one account or register on behalf of another person.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system underlying the Platform.
• Use the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse win4lyf staff or other players.

win4lyf reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this section, and to report any suspected criminal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the win4lyf Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of win4lyf or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of win4lyf.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win4lyf, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

win4lyf does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, win4lyf's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

win4lyf is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Termination

win4lyf reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

win4lyf operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.

12. Amendments

win4lyf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the win4lyf Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
